Connecting the good people of 4T2 with One Foot Forward Running Club for the Manchester stop of their UK tour, hosted at Track Brewery.

Tom and I were there from set-up through to the post-run beers -capturing the energy of the evening and handing out free socks along the way. The event kicked off with shoe tests and a warm welcome from 4T2 founder Jurian, before Stefan from One Foot Forward led community laps around Mayfield Park. Runners returned to pizza, drinks, and a well-earned rest.
