A beautiful Sunday afternoon spent exploring natural dyes and their earthy alchemy. We brewed a rich ochre hue from onion skins, discovered the art of "saddening" a dye, and ended the day with chocolate chip brioche on the rooftop of Merseyway Shopping Centre.
